Increase response rate from recruiters:
Make sure to customize your resume for each job description.
Determining the keywords or features of the job description will help you better understand what they are asking.
Using bullet points and bold keywords can help the recruiter to more quickly find the important information in the resume.
Make sure the resume has work related to a specific area. So a resume for design work, another type of resume for artwork, and so on. This helps recruiters understand what type of jobs you best fit.
Interview process:
Make sure to practice with someone some basic questions. It's important as many people normally freeze during them.
Be ready for around 5 hours of interviews. It's meant to make sure it's a good candidate.
Make sure to ask questions about the company or the role. Helps show your interest or at least that you want to know more.
Make sure candidates have a good experience:
Sub 48-hour response time. Helps calm their nerves.
Make sure they understand where they stand or why certain decisions were taken.
The more communication with the candidate the better.
